Weather Permitting Policy
To ensure your liner stretches and sets perfectly, all installations are scheduled weather permitting.

Temperature Requirements: For optimal flexibility and a to prevent wrinkles, we require ambient temperatures to be above 65°F.

Precipitation: Installations cannot be performed during rain or snow, as moisture can trap air or cause "washouts" in the pool bed.

Scheduling: In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you as soon as we can to prioritize a reschedule for the next available clear, warm day.

Customer Responsibility & Preparation

Site Readiness: Customers are responsible for providing a live electrical source for installation tools and a reliable water source to begin the filling process immediately after the liner is set.

Post-Install Care: To maintain your lifetime warranty, proper water chemistry must be balanced and maintained immediately following the installation.
