Above Ground Pool Closing Guidance

Included in Pool Closing $570.00

• Drain, clean and prepare filter system for storage.

• Apply super chemical treatment to water.

• Install customer provided air pillow.

• Apply customer provided plugs, or foam coverings.

• Properly drain the pool to winter height.

• Apply and secure customer provided winter cover on pool.

• Drain, and winterize the pool heater.

Not Included:

• Inpool Ladders and Steps must be removed prior to appointment.

• Homeowner is responsible for providing air pillow, plugs or coverings, and the winter cover for the service.

• Vacuuming is not included.

• Bulk Debris Removal is not included.

• Water Balancing is not included.

Our Policies

1. Extra chemical use for green/dirty pools will be an additional charge. Charged on site direct to homeowner*

2. In-pool steps/ladders must be removed by the customer prior to closing. Additional $75 for vacuuming netting per half hour Charged on site direct to homeowner*.

3. Balancing of the pool chemicals is not included, the homeowner is responsible for providing the necessary items to close the pool.

4. This service is a weather permitting service that can be delayed due to unsafe working conditions like rain, snow, freezing temperatures or other weather related circumstances.
